Solo Social Club is coming to Holey Moley, Viaduct - and this one is for the students.
It's a social night built around mini golf, real icebreakers, and a room where everyone is in exactly the same boat. Single. Solo. And done pretending the apps are working.
Here's how it goes. You come solo or with a friend, we pair you up in a group of four and then you hit the mini golf greens.
No awkward standing around. No pressure. It's hard to feel nervous when you're focusing on putting.
Just a genuinely fun Friday night with people who showed up for the same reason you did.
WHAT IS INCLUDED
Mini golf at Holey Moley, Viaduct Hosted icebreakers (the good kind - with juicy Qs bound to bring up spicy convos).
A crowd that is strictly 50/50 and capped so the room actually feels right.
A warm-up that ends at 9pm - Rosie's is right next door if the night is just getting started
Spots are capped and the gender split is enforced.
When one side sells out, that side closes. If you are thinking about it, now is the time.
A NOTE FROM THE FOUNDER
I started Solo Social Club because I genuinely believe the way we are being asked to meet people right now is broken.
Dating apps are designed to keep you single. Bars are too loud to have a real conversation. And most singles events feel like a job interview you did not prepare for.
This is none of those things.
It is mini golf with a room full of people who all made the same decision tonight — to show up in real life and see what happens.
Worst case? You played mini golf on a Wednesday. Best case? You know.
