Holding Space: A Day of Yoga & Care

Join us for a one-day yoga retreat designed to nourish body, mind, and spirit (proceeds benefit the Universal Education Foundation, nonprofit)

We’ll begin the day with organic coffee, tea, cacao, and water to help you settle in. Each participant will receive a booklet and have access to yoga mats, blocks, blankets, and pillows.

Throughout the day, you’ll enjoy:

• Three guided yoga classes
• A relaxing sound bath
• Time for meditation and reflection
• A nourishing & light lunch

This retreat is an invitation to slow down and welcome the spring season—moving through yoga poses, embracing stillness and quiet, and giving yourself permission to simply be.

To deepen your experience, consider reserving a room at a nearby hotel and turning the retreat into a restorative overnight getaway. (optional - not a part of class fee)
