Step into the bright, playful, and innovative world of David Hockney—one of the most influential artists of our time, known for his bold use of colour, unique perspectives, and fresh way of seeing everyday life.
Hockney reimagines space and reality—combining multiple viewpoints, flattening perspective, and turning ordinary scenes into vibrant compositions. From sunlit pools to expressive landscapes, his work invites us to look differently and paint with confidence and joy.
Led by an emergingl artist Lauren Chan, this workshop offers a relaxed, supportive environment in a small group setting (up to 12 participants), ensuring personal guidance throughout.
🎨 What You’ll Explore & Create
• Insight into Hockney’s artistic approach and visual language
• How to use bold, unexpected colour combinations
• Exploring perspective in a playful, non-traditional way
• Step-by-step guidance to create your own vibrant artwork
All materials are provided, including acrylic paints, brushes, and your choice of canvas or paper.
No experience is needed—just curiosity and a willingness to explore.
