This event is for decision makers and hiring managers in the hospitality industry, who are looking into becoming more inclusive, diversifying their work force and supporting a charity revolutionising the hospitality industry.
Join us for an engaging evening where we will explore the real impact you can have by becoming an inclusive employer for people with learning disabilities.
At Fair Shot, we train young adults with learning disabilities through a one-year Supported Internship Programme in our cafe. After completing their training, we support our graduates to access paid, tailored and sustainable roles across hospitality by partnering with forward thinking employers across London.
This event is an opportunity to:
- Learn about how the Fair Shot model works,
- Hear directly from our employer partners who have hired our graduates,
- Hear from our graduates, who will share their experience of working in hospitality,
- Understand the support we offer employers who give our graduates a Fair Shot
- Ask questions about how to become an employer partner
- And connect with peers!
