Lamarr Houston was part of The University of Texas football National Championship team in 2009. He then played in the NFL for Oakland Raiders, Chicago Bears and Houston Texans. Lamarr retired from the NFL in 2020, shortly after he attended Red McCombs business school at 22' getting his MSTC degree. Since then, he has co-founded Boxxtech, leading the self-serve technology market. He is also on the BBA board of advisors for Red McCombs Business School.
Chelle Neff is an entrepreneur, salon owner, and advocate for women’s empowerment, best known as the founder and CEO of Urban Betty, one of the largest independently owned hair salons in Austin, Texas. The brand has been named one of the top 200 salons in the U.S. by Salon Today Magazine 11 times. Chelle has won multiple industry awards, including: 2nd place in the Wella Hair Colorist of the Year contest (early career) Urban Betty, Golden Boot for Best Hairstylist (2011), Philanthropist of the Year (Austin Fashion Week, 2014) and Entrepreneur & Startup of the Year (Austin Under Forty, 2016) to name a few.
