Learn Hip-Hop Dance in Philly with the fabulous Tiana Charmaine! Absolute beginners and dancers of all levels of experience, this is your time to shine! Whether you're starting fresh or getting back in the groove, this class is for you!This 4-week series will go deep, exploring Hip-Hop and all of it's aspects, including education on how it started to learning different grooves and trendy dance moves that have made it what it is today.
We will learn new combinations each class, with choreography that will empower you, strengthen your mind-body connection, and help you feel free from the judgement of yourself and others.
This is a super fun way to learn something new while getting your heart pumping -- so great for your body and mind, and a great mood booster! Meet new friends who love to dance, and let's get this party started!

YOUR TEACHER: Tiana Charmaine
Since stepping into the world of group fitness in 2016, Tiana has transformed her passion for health and wellness into something greater than her. She is a dancer, choreographer and integrative health coach. Tiana discovered her natural talent and love for dance, and it quickly led her to choreograph and teach, creating fun and engaging routines that everyone can enjoy.
Join Tiana in cultivating a supportive, inclusive, and non-judgmental community. Her classes focus on building confidence, embracing self-love, and celebrating our differences through the joy of dance and fitness!

When you pull into the Falls Center complex, you will see a large parking lot and garage to your right. (With Founded and The Preston on your left.) Mishana studio is inside The Preston. Make sure you are registering with a current email address to receive the arrival instructions, which will be sent by email. (Search your email or check your spam folder if you don't see it!)
