Hiking Workshop: Simple Exercises to Improve Balance for Hiking and Stability at All Ages 🥾 Unfortunately, people of all ages suffer from instability, which can lead to irritation, tripping, falls, and potential injury. The good news is that there are a lot of simple things that can be done at home to prepare a person for better balance and more stability. Dr. John Reitz of Better Life Chiropractic and Wellness will provide insight to gain confidence, stability, and balance while out on the trails.
