Join guest chef Mary Jo Evenson for an evening of hands-on cooking, seasonal inspiration, and farm-fresh education.This special class will highlight the vibrant ingredients of the spring harvest, with a featured spotlight on ramps—their unique flavor, how to prepare them, and how to properly harvest them. Guests will learn practical techniques and tips while creating a bright, satisfying menu that celebrates the season.
Together, you’ll prepare:
- Creamy Lemon Risotto
- Seasonal Spring Vegetables
- Glazed Lemon Poppy Seed Scones
Expect fresh flavors, simple elegance, and plenty of culinary insight you can bring back to your own kitchen. Pricing: $45 per registration
Children must be accompanied by a ticketed adult. Registration for this event will close 5 days prior to event date. Call Nourish at 920-550-2020 for questions or requests for dietary needs. Nourish reserves the right to cancel this class in the event that minimum registration is not met. In that instance, refunds will be provided at full.
