Whether you’re up for the full 20-mile challenge from Eastbourne to Lewes or prefer a cool 10 miles, there’s a route for everyone - and a celebration waiting for you whichever distance you choose.Every step you take helps us create homes that are safe, happy, and life-enhancing.
Choose your pathChoose from three route options, depending on how you would like to go. You can take on the full 20 mile challenge from Eastbourne to Lewes, or join one of two shorter sections.
- Route 1: Eastbourne to Lewes - the full 20 miles - morning start
- Route 2: Eastbourne to Seaford - the first10 miles - morning start
- Route 3: Seaford to Lewes - the second 10 miles - afternoon start
Why take part?Zetetick Housing is a registered charity providing quality homes for people with learning disabilities and autism in London and the Southeast. Every penny raised goes directly towards funding and improving homes, adding essential features like sensory rooms to create safe and supportive environments.

Registration info
- Zetetick tenants and carers: Registration is free, though we ask you to aim to raise £150.
- Individuals: We request a small registration fee of £20 to cover our administration fee and commit to raising at least £150 towards our work.
- Teams (up to four people): We ask for a small registration fee of £60 per team and ask that you commit to raising at least £500 towards our work.
Hike4Homes - Walk4Health accessible challenge
Alongside the South Downs challenge, Hike4Homes 2026 will include a new accessible walking event in Croydon’s Lloyd Park on 19 September.This park-based challenge is designed for Zetetick tenants, their families, carers and local supporters to take part in a relaxed, inclusive and welcoming environment.You will be able to cover the distance at your own pace and in your own way – whether by walking, wheelchair or space hopper – across a clearly marked route.This is about getting active, meet new and old friends from the Zetetick community and feeling part of something positive.
