Highly Sensitive People (HSP) & Empaths Meetup

Join us for a warm and welcoming gathering designed for Highly Sensitive People (HSPs) and Empaths in Calgary! This event is a space where you can connect with like-minded individuals who truly understand emotional and physical sensitivity. Whether you want to share experiences, receive wisdom, gain confidence in who you are or simply feel a sense of belonging, this is a supportive environment where you can be your true self.

Event Details:
📅 Date: Saturday, May 16, 2026
⏰ Time: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
📍 Location: Memorial Park Library (Meeting Room 1. Find by walking in through the library's main entrance, walk straight and you will be in a room with a chandelier. If you walk straight a little bit more, you will see the elevator on your right. Take the elevator down to floor "L". After walking out of the elevator, walk left and you will see Meeting Room 1 on your right)
💰 Cost: Free.

The event offers a relaxed, flexible setting where you can chat with others at your own pace—whether one-on-one or in a larger group. To help break the ice, lists of fun and thoughtful "20 questions" will be available to spark conversation.

Please Note:

• If you don’t identify as Highly Sensitive or an Empath, and are just looking to find someone to listen to you with empathy, I wouldn’t recommend this group and instead would recommend attending a support group (which this group is not) as there is no guarantee that others in this group will listen with empathy to what you share. Members of this group are looking to meet other like-minded individuals.
• This is not a therapy or support group or a replacement for therapy. Please be responsible for your own personal mental health, and be in control of your own reactions as members of the group are allowed to share their own opinions and there is no expectation of confidentiality (something found in a support group).
