About this Event
Step into the world of Irish art and discover the stories behind some of the country’s most treasured paintings at the National Gallery of Ireland.
This tour is facilitated by art historian Nadia Bocharskaia. Nadia believes that art has the power to open hearts and minds, bring people together, and inspire meaningful dialogue.
Every nation has its favorite artworks that reflect its unique taste, local landscape and recurring themes in art. Join our guide, Nadia Bocharskaia, for a tour of Ireland’s Favourite Paintings, where we’ll explore some of the most beloved works and artists in the collection 🎨.
We will look at paintings by Frederic William Burton, John Lavery, William John Leech, Paul Henry and Louis le Brocquy – artists who helped shape and lay the foundations of modern Irish art.
✨ Whether you’re an art lover or just curious, this tour offers a fresh, engaging perspective on Ireland’s artistic heritage.
