About this Event
This is a special national event series created for young gymnasts to connect, feel inspired, and learn from one of Australia's Olympians in a warm and welcoming setting.
Your ticket includes a beautifully catered high tea by The Westin Perth, a welcome merchandise bag (including a $50 Sylvia P voucher and T-shirt), and a photo opportunity with Emma.
High Tea with Emma is a unique opportunity for aspiring gymnasts to step away from the gym floor and enjoy an afternoon of connection, conversation, and inspiration.
Guests will hear Emma share stories from her journey through elite sport, ask questions, build confidence, and spend meaningful time with other young athletes who share the same love for gymnastics.
With more than 20 years in the sport, Paris 2024 Olympian Emma Nedov is passionate about giving back to the next generation.
This event has been designed to offer young gymnasts not only a memorable experience, but also valuable encouragement, perspective, and motivation as they work towards their competition season goals.
For parents, this is a chance to give your child access to an uplifting and personal experience with a role model who understands the realities of the sport — the challenges, the commitment, and the joy that comes with it.

Important ticketing information
- Athlete tickets are $105 per person
- A separate Parent Q&A/Networking ticket ($40) is available for parents who wish to join a dedicated networking session and Q&A with Emma
- Parents not purchasing a ticket are welcome to wait in the venue during the High Tea session
Event schedule
- 11:00am – Arrival and registration
- 11:15am – Networking opportunity and parent meet-and-greet with Emma
- 11:30am – High Tea with Emma begins
- Parents depart for nearby networking and canapés
- 1:00pm – Parent Q&A
- 1:45pm - Photo and Signing Opportunities
- 2:00pm – Event concludes
