It’s a great honor to welcome the wonderful Zola Dubnikova to Berlin and to invite you to join this life-changing feminine alchemy experience!
The healing aspects of the body of work Zola has developed through her own immense investigations are based on increasing awareness within our powerful body temples - our hearts and our wombs, combining our outer expression with what she calls our ‘inner architecture.’ Through the practices we generate profound self love and respect, beginning within us and effortlessly overflowing into all aspects of our lives.
Within a safe space for women to honor and ignite the feminine power dormant within us all, we invite love and peace into our field, awakening new life force energy from inside, healing our wounds, releasing old stagnant energy and receiving tools to access the immense support system we all carry within. Through subtle sounds, breath, movement medicine methodology, structured practices and devotional dance, we receive a high dose of grace and sensuality, reminding us of who we really are. The immense power in our softness guides and strengthens us in the deepest ways imaginable. By allowing all that is alive within us to come to the surface, through the unique structure of the guided practices, we acknowledge both our shadow and our light, shifting to a deeper fulfilled self-nurtured existence with infinitely more capacity for pleasure and joy.
Through a language beyond words, the language of our bodies and souls - our emotions, impressions, inspiration and longings become visible: the seen and unseen worlds become one. We discover, redefine and reinvent ourselves through the practices and new pathways of movement, inside and out.
Through the Holistic Dance Language practices, we cultivate subtle body awareness, as we remember lost parts, shed old skins and redefine ourselves once again. We open our hearts to inner love beyond what we have known before. We access places in the body which cultivate powerful sexual sovereignty and deep freedom from within. Within a circle of women we dive into the feminine mysteries and codes of inner activation. Feminine alchemy practices combined with deep listening and physical awareness, create a recipe for deep inner peace and love. The more love and peace we will find within ourselves, the more open our hearts become, the more love and peace are flowing into our world.
The practices of this work cultivate profound depth and pleasure in our bodies, yet they are not just recreational - we receive tools and formulas for shifting our reality to co-create a new paradigm on earth.
ABOUT HOLISTIC DANCE LANGUAGE:
Although Holistic Dance Language is deeply shaped by years of cultural immersion in traditional dance forms, all of Zola's offerings contain a language beyond culture and time. Full embodiment, diverse physicality, subtle body language, ritual movement and inner alchemy are the main elements of the holistic dance language curriculum. Informed by ancient traditions, infused with contemporary body science, steeped in movement medicine, and immersed in sacred dance inspired across time and world, the practices enliven our hidden (forgotten) abilities and create pathways of memory in the body. Through the practices we have the power of complete metamorphosis and improved communication at our fingertips. Earth-based foundational work guides us to trust the ground beneath us more, deepen our roots, and “fly” from a supported place. The connection to our pelvis, to the earth and to our voice gives us deeper roots. By connecting with the heart, we open the sky. Through work we gain access to deep softness, grace and powerful strength. We release blocked energy and build inner strength. We learn a unique vocabulary of movement, mudra and subtle energetic principles. Through a combination of slowed inner listening, breath/sound work, focused practice, and liberating, trance-inducing movement, we bring our prayers into the physical world and plant the seeds of our dreams, our deepest missions, into every cell of our bodies.
ABOUT ZOLA DUBNIKOVA:
Zola Dubnikova bridges sacred dance, movement medicine, contemporary body science, masterful form, somatic awareness and ritual through her unique approach known as "Holistic Dance Language." Her extensive background, fused with absolute dedication to the pursuit of dance as an ecstatic, spiritual experience, has produced a unique style of teaching and performance - which truly embodies the connection between form and spirit. Trained in contemporary dance forms and healing arts as well as the Odissi Temple dance tradition, the Sufi tradition, Mevlana whirling practices, the dances of the Silk Road, the Gypsy Trails and beyond, her style brings forth the wisdom of ancient dance rituals through a holistic lens that to make it easier for more people to access their divine abilities. With invitations to teach around the world, Zola tours extensively giving seminars, offering retreats, performing, and leading collective experiences.
