Herself Circle is a safe and nurturing space for women to reconnect with themselves, their bodies, and each other. In a world that often asks us to be everything for everyone, this circle is an invitation to slow down, soften, and simply be.
Together, we will move through different practices designed to support self-expression and inner connection.
What to expect:
- Gentle arrival & grounding ritual
- Embodied movement (intuitive movement, light yoga, breath)
- Guided journaling prompts
- Meditation & inner reflection
- A sharing circle (always optional) and tea time
Who this is for:
Women who are curious about self-growth, connection, and exploring themselves in a supportive and non-judgmental space. No prior experience needed.
What to bring:
- Comfortable clothes
- A journal & pen
- Yoga mat recommend (if you don't own one we have small mats available)
