Heroes Again is a partnership program with Fitmix Yoga & Latin Fitness Studio developed to offer a safe space for fitness and mental health. Our Heroes are veterans, community leaders, and fitness instructors. Everyone is welcome to participate. We are coming together to open a safe, fun, and energized space to have sincere conversations about mental health struggles, coping mechanisms, real-life stories, and resources. The goal is to get physically and mentally stronger together while we build an amazing community!
