HeroCon, a signature initiative of Bettered, Not Broken, is a dynamic college prep experience designed to empower young people by helping them discover their inner strengths and embrace their personal journey. Rooted in the transformative framework of the Hero’s Journey, HeroCon guides students through a day of inspiration, education, and self discovery.
Through keynote speakers, interactive workshops, and breakout sessions, attendees explore topics like mental health, neurodivergence, college readiness, and personal growth. Each session is crafted to turn challenges into superpowers and equip students with the tools they need to thrive in higher education and beyond.
HeroCon affirms that every young person is already a hero in the making. By stepping into their story with confidence, they begin the journey toward a future shaped by resilience, purpose, and possibility.
