About this Event
Imagine: you’ve got a beautiful backyard full of herbs; or maybe you purchased a whole bunch of fresh oregano for a recipe and only used a tablespoon. Now what? We’ll show you! Learn what to do with herbs and leftover herbs including drying and preserving them. You’ll get to make several preparations of fresh herbs, from sauces to tea in this class for all levels of home chefs.
