Join us for a hands-on introduction to the healing properties of medicinal plants. This interactive session will guide you through a range of culinary, medicinal, and wild herbs, exploring how they can support wellbeing and how to blend them into unique combinations.
As part of the workshop, participants will create their own set of herbal tea bags to take home, which is a practical and relaxing way to continue enjoying the benefits of herbs beyond the session.
No prior experience is needed - just curiosity and a love of learning.
