Sip, savor, and celebrate the season! Join us for a festive, hands-on workshop exploring the art of crafting herbal beverages with a holiday twist. You’ll enjoy four to five unique tastings featuring botanical mocktails, cocktails, and seasonal herbal infusions. We’ll blend creativity and flavor as you experiment with herbal syrups, infusions, and garnishes—learning how to make beautiful, plant-powered drinks that sparkle with festive cheer. You’ll also sample herb-infused bar snacks and take home inspired recipes to recreate the experience at your next gathering. Whether you’re a plant lover, a home entertainer, or simply looking for new ways to celebrate the season, you’ll leave refreshed, inspired, and ready to toast with botanicals.
Lauren will also provide an herbal market by Everyday Herbals to purchase handcrafted herbal support, culinary creations & body care.
Registration includes admission to the beautiful gardens before or after class.
Lauren Tanner Tanner MSN, RN, AHN-BC, OCN is an Advanced Holistic Nurse, Herbalist, and Health & Wellness Coach with 10 years of experience in the healthcare system. She is originally from Orlando, FL, where she started her nursing career and then transitioned to travel nursing for 7 years. During her travel nursing experiences, she worked with oncology and chronic illness populations in a variety of settings. Desiring more education on holistic healthcare practices, she pursued further education in advanced holistic nursing and herbalism. During that time, she developed a view of health as one of healing the mind, body, and spirit and that nature is a valuable tool for connection and healing. She has a warm, personal, and grounded approach to helping people understand their unique wellness goals and the necessity for individualized integrative health practices. Her passion is studying plants and immersing herself in nature and her home gardens. Lauren is committed to providing holistic health and herbal education and creating experiences that provide relaxation, clarity, and self-awareness to help people make informed decisions that align best with their individual wellness.

Only those registered for the class will be permitted in the classroom. Childcare services are not provided.
