Capture the flavors and fragrances of spring in herbal drinks! In this workshop, we will create refreshing non-alcoholic beverages perfect for everyday enjoyment or special occasions. We’ll make three drinks together while learning recipes for the components of each one. For each herb highlighted in the beverages, we'll discuss how to source the herb and its medicinal benefits. Participants will walk away knowing how to make herbal syrups, bitters, shrubs, and herbal electrolyte beverages. Everyone will go home with 8oz of a shrub we make in class together! This event costs $75 and will be led by Executive Director Violet Reed.
