Fairytale Fantasy Princess Ball

Our guests will sing, dance, take photos, and interact with Elsa, Ariel, Moana, Jasmine, and Rapunzel! Dress up in your favorite royal attire and play the day away in a magical setting. Don't miss out on this once-in-a-lifetime event where dreams come true. Let your inner princess or prince shine at the Fairytale Fantasy Princess Ball! This event will be held at Brandywine Senior Living in Mahwah, so the guests will also bring great joy to senior citizens!

Important information:

• There will tickets available for 2 separate sessions: 10:30 am-11:30 am, and 12:15-1:15 pm.
• Complimentary refreshments and snacks will be available for adults and children. There will be a specialty cocktail available for adults over 21! Children will also receive a crown!
• Due to limited space, we are only including ONE parent per child ticket. All additional adults/guests MUST buy their own adult ticket at a discounted price ($25). These tickets are limited, so act fast if you know you'll want more than one adult attending!
• Sibling bundle available for $100 for 2 siblings. This bundle is limited, so snag the discounted rate if you will be bringing two children!
• Guests will have time to take complimentary photos with each individual princess; add on a group photo with all of the princesses for an additional $15.
• Please do not arrive more than 20 minutes early for the event, and please depart quickly to allow a smooth parking transition between the first and second session.
• Parking is free; there is a parking lot, but it fills quickly with employees, Brandywine Residents, and their families, so there will be street parking available along Edison Road. Please allow yourself ample time to park and get to the event area on time.
• Please be respectful of Brandywine Senior Living residents, as this is their home! They love to interact with the next generations and see the joy on childrens' faces, but we need to leave space in the hallways for walkers, wheelchairs, and nursing staff. There will be designated seating for seniors/residents only, as many of them have mobility limitations. Please adhere to signage designating parent seating/standing room and restricted areas. Please try not to block the view of the senior citizens, who often have visual impairments.
• The entertainment space will be roped off, and parents will not be permitted within that area. Please contact the event organizer if your child has special needs that would require you to stay with them.
• This event space is disability accessible!
• There will be a "Pop" sound of confetti cannons during the song "Let it Go." If your child has sensory sensitivities, please consider ear protection or preparing them for the sound. (Right after the lyric "The past is in the past" POP!)
• Please do not photograph senior citizens without explicit permission from STAFF (not the resident, as staff know who is allowed to be photographed).
• Tours of the community will be available during and after the events by signup at the front desk. Explore Brandywine's many ammenities, like the private dining room, movie theater, indoor swimming pool, hair salon, and more!
• Service animals are welcome, but must provide latest vaccination documentation due to Brandywine policy. No other pets, please.
