I’ve chosen to host this workshop in January 2026 because so many of us spent 2025 moving through deep highs and lows — healing, rebuilding, and redefining who we are.
This is a gentle reminder that it’s never too late to start again.
You don’t need to rush into the new year; you just need to arrive — grounded, aware, and ready to align.
Everything we do and say is connected — our thoughts, our bodies, our energy.
This workshop is about slowing down enough to listen to those connections, to create a vision that feels aligned with the real you, not the rushed version of you.

Her Body, Her Power is a women’s wellness community founded by Çiğdem Özkan, created to help women reconnect, heal, and rise through reflection, nutrition, and body awareness.
We host workshops and circles that inspire compassion, healing, and self-connection — one conversation at a time.
