Are you feeling overwhelmed or confused by the changes happening in your body and mind during perimenopause or menopause? Join us for a two-part masterclass designed for women-identifying individuals who want to better understand and navigate this transformative stage of life.

Over the course of two, one-hour sessions, we will:

Identify misconceptions, myths and misunderstandings about menopause
Explore the hormonal shifts that contribute to the physical, emotional, and mental changes you are experiencing.
Understand the origin of your symptoms like hot flashes, brain fog, and mood swings.
Experience wellness practices, rituals and mindfulness tools to help manage your symptoms
