About this Event

Welcome to the 4-Week Nonprofit Leadership Planning Cohort!

Join us for this exciting online event where you will learn some core planning skills and reproducible exercises you can use with your team and organization. We will focus on exercises to help you collaboratively plan initiatives efficiently and routinely, develop programs or organizational priorities, set objectives and key measurements for initiatives, and diagnose organizational issues with your team.

This is a highly interactive 4-week Cohort of Nonprofit Leaders It meets on Thursday mornings from 8:00-9:00 CT. Our first meeting kicks off Thursday, Feb 13 and meets consecutive weeks with the last meeting on Thursday, March 6.

Who is this for: Nonprofit CEOs or Executive Directors, COOs, organizational leaders, program leaders, or anyone who wants to learn how to move their organization forward with better planning practices.
