Target Audience
Child & Young People Mental Health MDT Study Day for all staff involved in treating and caring for CYP presenting with acute mental health illness.
Will involve a case study and speakers from legal, pyscharity and safeguarding will discuss the issues addressed throughout the case.
This multi-disciplinary study day focuses on a case study of a fictional young person who presents to the Emergency department struggling with their mental health.
An overview of the case will be given, and guest speakers will take us through details of the case, discussing communication strategies, diagnosis and treatment of their mental illness and legal and social challenges surrounding the case.
