About this Event
What if fear didn’t need releasing but simply welcoming? What if, instead of running, we could listen to what it reveals about who we are and how we move forward?
Hello Fear, Gentle Guide is a two-hour workshop that invites you to explore fear as a doorway to self-acceptance and clarity about your path forward. Here, we won’t be “overcoming” anything. Instead, we’ll create gentle space to meet our fears and look within, discovering our personal truths and connecting to others who are on the same path of self-acceptance.
Together, we’ll explore:
- Cacao & Meditation: Begin with heart-opening cacao and meditation, inviting a gentle exploration of your fears with compassion and curiosity.
- Introspection & Reflection: Through journaling and gentle guidance, you will uncover what your fears reveal about your hopes, your strengths, and the future you envision for yourself.
- Supportive Sharing: If you feel called, you can share insights and intentions within a nurturing circle, where you’ll find solidarity in a shared journey.
- Sound Bath Integration: Let the gentle tones of a sound bath wrap you in calm, releasing tension, integrating insights and anchoring your vision for growth, peace, and courage.
Who is This Workshop For?
This experience is for anyone ready to explore their fears as messengers and teachers, guiding them toward a more compassionate and aligned future self. We’ll meet whatever arises with openness and curiosity, discovering what lies beyond fear.

FAQs
Do I need experience with meditation or sound baths?
Not at all. This space is open to all—no experience needed.
Do I have to share my personal experiences?
Only if you want to. We hold space for each other, but there’s no pressure to speak.
I feel a little nervous about exploring fear—is that normal?
Yes, absolutely. Fear can feel big and sometimes heavy. This workshop isn’t about overcoming or conquering. It’s about meeting ourselves with a little more kindness.
