Artificial intelligence is reshaping how we work and lead. We are told machines are faster, more objective and more reliable than humans. But what if leadership in the age of AI requires something different — not more data, but more courage, clarity and emotional intelligence?
Our speaker, Jacqueline Kucera, invites us to rethink leadership in times of technological acceleration. Drawing from her work at the forefront of AI-related developments at the heart of the Swiss Parliament and insights from her book , she explores how we can reclaim what makes us human in systems increasingly shaped by algorithms.
We will discuss the following questions:
- What distinguishes organizations where AI truly creates impact from those where it does not?
- Where do you see AI influencing leadership decisions already in your organization today?
- Why do so many AI initiatives struggle despite significant investment?
- If many AI projects fail to deliver measurable efficiency gains, what is the real reason behind this gap?
