Many people are living in survival mode without even realising it — carrying stress, tension, exhaustion, and emotional overwhelm within the body. This workshop offers a safe and nurturing space to slow down, reconnect, and learn what the nervous system truly needs to feel supported, safe, and cared for. Through nervous system education, gentle practices, breath awareness, and reflection, you will gain practical tools and a deeper understanding of how stress impacts the body and how to support yourself with greater compassion and awareness. You will leave with powerful tools to support your nervous system to adapt in everyday life.
All Participants receive a journal and a take-home handbook.
