Join Julie-Anne for Ease – Anxiety Support Workshop, a gentle and supportive space designed to help you better understand anxiety and learn ways to support your mind and body with compassion and care. Anxiety can leave people feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, constantly on edge, or stuck in patterns of worry and overthinking. This heart-led workshop offers a calming environment where participants can slow down, feel supported, and begin to understand what anxiety is communicating through the body and nervous system. You will learn how your nervous system operates, education on how the breath assists in grounding practices, breath awareness techniques, reflection, and gentle supportive techniques that you can add to your everyday life.
This workshop is not about “getting rid” of anxiety or forcing yourself to feel calm. It is about learning to support yourself gently, build awareness, and create moments of ease within the body and mind.
All Participants receive a journal and a take-home handbook.
