A warm welcome to this circle of Mamas and Mamas to be:We invite you to join our own little Mother Community - this event is for all mothers - for you who are carrying a little one still inside, you who recently greeted your baby earthside and you who have mothered for years.
An invitation to lean into being the one who is being held rather than being the one holding space. An invitation for you to rest into, check-in with, meet-move-dance with the woman and being that you are in this phase of life. A loving invitation for you to simply be. As a mother, as a woman, as a being.
With sharings, dance, movement, self-soothing practices and a held space for rest, our wish is to create a space for you to lean in, receive and move with what is. When mothers thrive, communities thrive. We invite you to rest and recalibrate - perhaps creating the foundation for ripples into our relationships, our families and our everyday lives.
**please notice that this circle is for mothers (to be) to rest and be and we therefore ask that your sweet little one is taken care of outside of the circle-space. Your partner/friend/family member is more than welcome to hang out in the community space in Rört while the event takes place.
ABOUT THE FACILITATORS:
The circle is facilitated by Thit and Malou - both regular teachers at Rört with classes, workshops, circles and courses.
Thit Schmidt: an educated doula and yoga teacher. Thit spends the majority of her time creating communities and networks of support for women across background, culture and societal position - primarily centered around the journey and transitions of pregnancy, birth and postpartum.
Malou Dee: has had a journey into motherhood through the past 8 years with two beautiful sons of her own. She has a background in physical theater, dance, performance and various teacher-trainings and is currently guiding dance full time - including Somatic Ecstatic Dance and saunagus.
