This experience honors the nurturing presence within and around us—whether through mothers, chosen family, friendships, or the quiet way we learn to hold ourselves. We are all held by Mother Earth.
Come as you are to rest, receive, and reconnect with the frequency of compassion, care, and deep inner support. Give the gift of rest to yourself and loved ones!
Please bring a yoga mat, optional blanket, bolster or eye pillow so you can be comfortable. (We do have extra props as well).
