Held, Heard & Healing: A Sacred Ceremony
This is a gentle, intentional space created for those carrying grief, heaviness, or emotions that haven’t had a place to land.
Whether you’re navigating a loss of a person, a situation, a career, anticipatory grief, or simply feeling the weight of life, you are welcome here—exactly as you are.
Together, we’ll begin by setting intentions and softening into the body through guided somatic breathwork. From there, you’ll be invited into intuitive movement—allowing your body to express what words often cannot. This may look like stillness, swaying, dancing, or even releasing through sound or emotion. There is no right way—only what feels true for you.
This is not about fixing or forcing anything.
It’s about creating space to be witnessed, supported, and gently held as you move energy through the body.
🌿 What to Expect During the Ceremony
1. Arrival + Grounding
We’ll begin by settling into the space together. You’ll have a moment to get comfortable, land in your body, and arrive exactly as you are—no expectations, no pressure.
2. Intention Setting
You’ll be gently guided to connect inward and set a personal intention for the ceremony. This may be something you wish to release, process, or simply create space for.
3. Somatic Breathwork
Through guided breath, we’ll begin to soften the nervous system and bring awareness into the body—creating a safe foundation for release and connection.
4. Intuitive Movement + Expression
From this grounded place, you’ll be invited into movement. This is a judgment-free space where your body leads.
Movement may look like swaying, stretching, dancing, stillness, or emotional release—whatever feels natural and needed in the moment.
5. Energy Support + Integration
As energy begins to move, we’ll gently slow things down. You’ll be supported in integrating what surfaced—allowing your body to settle, soften, and receive.
6. Closing + Reflection
We’ll close the ceremony together with a moment of stillness and optional reflection, so you leave feeling grounded, supported, and a little lighter.
You might feel:
– emotional release
– deep relaxation
– clarity or lightness
– or simply more connected to yourself
🌿 What to Bring
– A yoga mat or something comfortable to sit/lie on
– Water
– Comfortable clothing you can move in
– A journal (optional)
Optional:
– A photo or small item to honor someone or something meaningful
– Anything that helps you feel grounded (crystals, etc.)
All experiences are valid. There is no “right” way to move through this space. You don’t have to carry it alone.
