About this Event
Welcome to The Meditation Nook for an evening of relaxation and rejuvenation at Held & Nourished: Sound Bath + Meditation + Reiki. Join us for a blissful experience that will soothe your mind, body, and soul. Let the harmonious sounds wash over you during the sound bath, followed by a guided meditation to center your thoughts. The event will conclude with gentle Reiki energy healing to restore balance and vitality. Come unwind and find your inner peace with us!
In honor of National Hugging Day, gentle human connection will be offered throughout the experience. You will be offered a hug when you arrive, a group hug at the end, and a hug before you depart. All hugs are completely voluntary, and you are always welcome to participate in the way that feels best for you.
And in celebration of National Granola Bar Day, organic, gluten-free granola bars will be available as a small offering of nourishment.
What’s Included:
- Yoga beds, pillows, blankets, bolsters and weighted scented eye masks provided for your comfort
- Water, tea, granola bar
