Heet Deth is a chaotic sludge and noise project from Chicago embracing hypnotic grating riffs and pounding drums to make you dance. This band is known for playing all around Chicago from ramshackle DIY spaces to jazz clubs, to ballrooms. Heet Deth has toured with Cherubs, and they have opened for acts such as Fat Dog, Lip Critic, and Upchuck. Heet Deth has played multiple festivals across the country, including No Coast 2022 (TX), Caterwaul 2023 & 2024 (MPLS), and Ghost Canyon 2023 (DEN). They’ve played some of Chicago's largest historic venues, Thalia Hall and Metro, bringing DIY ethos to the big stage. Recently, Heet Deth released their sophomore album "Bad Reading" through the tastemaker Midwestern label, The Ghost Is Clear.din-din is a band from Minneapolis with music that’s been described as hyper doom and post-apocalyptic rock. The rhythmic riffs and affected vocals almost feel playful at times before hitting listeners with a heavy wall of sound or launching them off on a haunting carnival ride.
