A One-Day Journey into Joyful Aliveness
Letting the connection with your heart become natural, playful, and thrilling. In this one-day workshop, we explore how to live from the heart in a way that is grounded, vibrant, and full of presence.
We use energy-based practices to awaken vitality, aliveness, and grounding — so that the heart has space to open, not just gently but with strength and presence. A delightful fusion of vitality and presence begins to arise — a sparkling aliveness that leads us naturally into silence, not as a distant goal, but as something living, rich, and deeply fulfilling.
This day is an invitation to:
• Reconnect with your inner joy.
• Awaken the vibrant energy in your body.
• Open space for stillness, listening, and heart-based presence.
• Explore energy work, movement, and heart meditations.
• Feel more at home in yourself — in life and with others.
The heart is not just softness — it’s a powerful resource that brings us into the moment, helps us respond (rather than react), and opens us to the flow of life.
Come as you are. No experience needed — just curiosity and a willingness to move, feel, and listen. We provide a loving, caring, and non-judgemental environment where you can relax and be at ease.

10:00 – 13:00 – Welcome - heart meditations & energy work
13:00 – Lunch – we provide a delicious vegetarian lunch
14:00 – 15:30 – Practice, teachings, and heart meditations
15:30 – Sharing & completion
16:00 – Ending of the day

Facilities:
Yoga mats, bolsters, blankets, eye pillows, and meditation cushions are provided – you don’t need to bring anything.
