About the eventHeart Reawakening: An Easter Cacao Ceremony
As spring deepens and the days continue to grow brighter, the energy of the season begins to fully awaken. What was quietly germinating beneath winter’s stillness now rises toward expression. The earth softens, new life pushes through the soil, and nature reminds us of its timeless rhythm of renewal.
Held on Easter Sunday, this gathering honours the universal theme of rebirth and reawakening. Across cultures and traditions, this time of year has long symbolised the return of light, the stirring of life, and the courage to begin again.
This ceremony offers a gentle space to pause and reconnect with that same movement within yourself.
After the quiet introspection of winter and the first stirrings of early spring, April invites a deeper sense of vitality and openness. It is a time when the heart naturally begins to expand again, when clarity, inspiration, and new possibilities can emerge with greater ease. Heart Reawakening is an invitation to honour that moment. Through ceremonial cacao, guided meditation, seasonal ritual and immersive sound healing, we will gather in community to reconnect with our inner landscape and the rhythm of the season.
This is not about forcing change or striving for transformation.
It is about softening, listening, and allowing the heart to open to what is ready to grow.
Together we create a space to release what no longer serves, welcome fresh perspective, and step forward with renewed intention and connection.
Moksha’s Mission
Moksha Holistic Therapies CIC exists to create accessible, trauma-informed, heart-centred spaces for emotional wellbeing, nervous system regulation, and community connection.
Our work is rooted in:
• Removing barriers to holistic health and wellbeing
• Creating inclusive, non-clinical spaces for emotional support
• Supporting self-connection and resilience
• Building community-led healing environments
Through our monthly gatherings, workshops, and the upcoming Moksha Community Hub launching in Spring 2026, we are committed to making wellbeing accessible, grounded, and community-oriented.
This ceremony forms part of that wider vision, a space where healing is gentle, inclusive, and shared.
What to Expect
This gathering is held within a trauma-informed and supportive container.
The space will be softly lit and intentionally prepared to encourage relaxation, grounding, and emotional safety. You are welcome to participate in whatever way feels comfortable for you.
There is no pressure to share or perform, simply come as you are.
Ceremonial Cacao: Opening the Heart at Easter
We begin the evening by sharing ceremonial-grade cacao, a gentle plant ally traditionally used to support connection, presence, and heart awareness.
Cacao can support:
• Emotional openness
• Grounded clarity
• Heart-centred reflection
• Gentle energy and focus
You will be guided through a meditation designed to support softening, gratitude, and reconnection with your inner wisdom. Participation is always optional and guided with care. This seasonal ritual honours the symbolism of rebirth and renewal that Easter represents.
Together we will explore:
• What you are ready to release from the past season
• What new energy or direction may be emerging
• Where your heart feels called to move next
Through reflection, journaling, and a simple symbolic ritual, we create space to welcome what is ready to grow.
Sound Healing Journey: Integration & Expansion
The evening will move into an immersive sound healing journey guided by Azim & Sam.
Using:
• Crystal singing bowls
• Icaros
• Layered healing frequencies
Sound healing supports:
• Nervous system regulation
• Emotional integration
• Deep relaxation and restoration
• Release of stored tension
Participants often experience this part of the ceremony as deeply calming, expansive, and restorative.
