Step into an immersive, non-residential weekend experience that brings the Heart of Tantra to the city. This retreat invites you to reconnect with your essence, explore your emotional landscape, and meet others in authentic, heart-centered ways.
Through ritual, movement, yoga, and dyadic practices, we’ll awaken the body, heart, and energy, weaving together play, depth, and devotion. Take this time to step out of daily life, slow down, and simply be yourself in a space of openness, curiosity, and love.For over a decade, we’ve hosted the Heart of Tantra Festival, creating spaces of deep connection and transformation. This year, we’re birthing something new, a more intimate urban retreat to nourish your being in the darkest days of the year, awakening your full aliveness from within.

This retreat is guided by Krista Nova and Naomi Prema Devi, co-creators of the Heart of Tantra Festival and leading Tantra teachers in BC. Together, they are devoted to offering transformational Tantric experiences that open the heart, awaken the senses, and connect you to your truest self.
