Heart Dance brings us together in service of connecting through our hearts and souls - connecting within, connecting with each other, and connecting with the wide web of life which we are embedded within.

Overview:

This is a relational contact (physical and/or energetic) friendly dance that encourages finding balance between moving together and moving in our individuated expression.

Please note that any and all physical contact is absolutely optional. Consent, respect, and choicefullness are discussed in our opening container.

This dance is devoted to coming together to be alive in our bodies; connected to our own inner rhythm and inter-connected in relational presence.

I am facilitating here in the lineage of my teacher and mentor Zuza Engler who is a student of Vincent Martínez-Grieco and has trained in the schools of both Soul Motion and Open Floor.
