Reconnect to yourself, to community, and the greater field with Heart Dance – a free-form dance journey set to a lush, curated soundscape spanning all musical genres. In a world that pulls us away from ourselves, this is a space to return to the present moment through a joyful, deeply embodied movement practice.
There are no choreographed moves – dance to express whatever is moving through you, light or heavy, tender or wild. As we drop into our feet, our heart, the breath, and the beat – the dance floor transforms into a shared space of healing, connection, and rejuvenation.
