The practises aim to offer you experiences in opening up your own heart energy which can have very profound healing effects on your body , mind and spirit .You will learn about some of the ground breaking scientific discoveries and research involving heart / mind coherence, epignetics and consciousness.
Most importantly, you will have an opportunity to listen to your own heart in a small group .
The pace is gentle and kind .
The programme starts on 23rd February at 10.00 in the beautiful Pikini Forest for a Forest Bathing experience.

We are delighted to have our Host Liz Cain sharing with us her Mindfulness knowledge.
Liz is joining us from Scotland for the week , she has an abundance of knowledge and has recently returned from Plum Village the wonderful Thich Nhat Hanhs retreat and is ready to share with us many wonderful teachings .
