Heart Comonos Ukrainian Easter Celebration

Heart Comonos invites you to our annual Easter Egg Decoration event, this year with a special focus on Ukraine! Join the Heart Comonos community for a special Ukrainian Easter celebration as we decorate eggs in the Ukrainian style, enjoy Ukrainian tea and snacks, learn about Ukrainian traditions, and hear first-hand stories from our amazing Ukrainian community members!

Since the start of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine in 2022, approximately 7 million Ukrainians have fled their homes, becoming refugees in foreign countries. As of 2024, at least 300,000 have found a new home in Canada.

Let’s welcome and learn from our new neighbours together as a community!
