More than ever we need to come together. This is an invitation.
A transformational evening of connection, release, and renewal under the energy of the New Moon - a time for fresh beginnings, expression, and reawakening your authentic self. Cacao to activate heart, breathwork to activate prana (life force energy) and to release blockages, and dance to awaken your spirit.
We will begin with a heart-opening cacao ceremony and guided circle creating a safe and grounded space to set intentions and drop in together. From here, you’ll be taken on a live sound journey with beautiful Native American flutes, Hand pans, Didgeridoo, Crystal bowls, tribal drums, live vocals, and much more.
Then into a deep 90-minute somatic breathwork, allowing you to open, release, and clear what no longer serves. This experience of breath and sound will be a potent portal of expansion and release.
As the energy shifts, we move into Ecstatic Dance - a space to aliven the body, express freely, and let the music move through you. Soft sounds of nature and electric tribal rhythms invite you to explore. To move with what the breath has awakened in you.
We will close the evening in a gentle circle, integrating the journey and landing together.
