Healthy Kids Day is a free, national YMCA event celebrated across the country to inspire healthy habits in kids and families — and it’s coming back to Skagit this spring!Join us for an afternoon of fun, activity, and family-friendly learning designed to help kids grow strong in spirit, mind, and body.
At Healthy Kids Day, families will explore ways to build healthy habits through:
