Nuffield Health in Hendon will be giving a talk and Q&A session about the importance of healthy eating and exercise and how it can improve heart health in later life.
If you are over 65, please come along. Refreshements will be available.
There will be literature available from The British Heart Foundation about blood pressure, cholesterol and general heart health.
