This class will explore some of the ways that asana can benefit the bones and muscles in our bodies and just like a topical ointment, it might also relieve pain.
Come and explore how yoga asana can:
* Strengthen bones and muscles to improve balance
* Find stability through alignment
* Enhance a sense of confidence
Asana is a bit like cayenne pepper with many benefits and applications.
I can use Cayenne in gingerbread cookies and it’s a sweet treat.
I can put it in chilli and it’s a main dish spice or use it in a topical ointment to relieve pain.
Depending on how cayenne is used or how asana is practiced there are different effects and benefits to the mind and body.
