About this Event
Join us on Thursday 18th April from 5.30pm in the Education and Research Centre to hear about the variety of ways UHBW support our patients and staff creatively.
Hospital can be a scary place for some people who have to stay, and keeping your mind and body active while staying in hospital can also be quite a challenge. Our Arts and Culture Team help to provide patients and staff with opportunities to let their creative selves be active, whether it be through crafts, artistry or even a bit of dance! The Arts and Culture team work hard to make sure that where there is less ability to see the outside world, patients and staff still have things to look at and talk about, keeping minds active and conversation flowing.
During our event on Thursday 18th April, you will be told about the exciting Arts and Culture Programme history and funding at UHBW, hear from our choir and even get to try some of the creative sessions offered to patients and staff alike. You will get to find out about the future plans of the programme and even provide your own feedback on what you or your loved ones would like to be able to do in the hospital if you have to stay with us.
