Are you carrying emotional patterns that hold you back?
Have you ever had an emotional reaction to someone or something and thought, "Why did I react like that?" Maybe you got defensive or raised your voice, even though you didn’t mean to, but couldn’t stop yourself.

The inner child refers to a part of your psyche that holds onto memories, experiences, and emotions from childhood. It represents your authentic, unconditioned self—full of innocence, creativity, curiosity, and vulnerability. This inner child can strongly influence your thoughts, behaviors, and emotions in adulthood.
In inner child work, we focus on connecting with and integrating parts of ourselves that may have become frozen, stuck, or hidden due to past experiences. These parts haven't fully healed, and by giving them attention, we can start to heal, discover more about ourselves, and transform emotionally.

Our wounded inner child often unconsciously influences our decisions and may affect our relationships, our sense of self-worth, and our ability to set boundaries. This breathwork session offers a safe space to reconnect with your inner child, helping release feelings of unworthiness, self-doubt, anxiety, and guilt.

In this session, you will be guided to tap into your body through your breath, connecting with the feelings and sensations that arise.
You will experience conscious connected breathwork—guided by music and vocal guidance—which may induce altered states of consciousness, activate deep emotional release, and open space for transformative self-discovery and healing. This session will help you free your mind, connect with your body, and discover the power within you.
Our breath is connected with every emotion, experience, and thought. We all have a story and our breath pattern shows that. If we consciously connect to our breath, we can change those patterns, clear restrictions, feel more empowered and find emotional freedom.

I combine various exercises and modalities—somatic exercises, authentic relating, felt sense meditation, and movement—depending on the theme we're exploring, and always tuning into the energy of the room.
Take this opportunity to explore deeper layers of yourself, connect with your needs and desires, and allow yourself to be seen and heard.
Our journey will be supported by the Blue Lotus Tea. We begin our session with 𝐁𝐥𝐮𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐭𝐮𝐬 𝐭𝐞𝐚 & 𝐅𝐞𝐥𝐭 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞 𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, which will gently guide you into a deeper connection with your body. It is designed to help you drop into the present moment with ease, fostering a greater sense of awareness and grounding. By becoming more attuned to your body, you set the stage for the deeper healing work that follows.
