How the Day Flows
We begin the day by gently arriving into the space, grounding and connecting.
From there, we move into learning the core principles of frequency and vibration, followed by practical, hands-on application. You’ll have time to both give and receive, allowing you to truly feel the shifts within your own body.
The afternoon deepens into integration—refining your techniques, building confidence, and learning how to trust what you feel and sense.
We close the day with a beautiful sound integration, leaving you feeling calm, clear, and empowered.
