TIME: Sacred Fire starts at 3 pm. ARRIVE by 4 PM, Ceremony starts PROMPTLY at 4;30 PM to 7:00 PM, Ceremony includes herbal tea inside the Temazcal.
Healthy snacks will be provided for the gathering after the Temazcal. Ceremony is over after we share food in community.

DRESS CODE & Protocol * WOMEN: No make up, No earrings inside the lodge, no metal jewelry or plastic, traditionally a long wide dress, long or short sleeves, towel, or top that covers your shoulders and blouses short or long sleeves with long wide skirt is asked. Bathing suit ok, no metal, no heavy push up. The lighter the clothing the better so it absorbs the heat and our skin benefits from the steam. The heat opens the pores to release toxins, this is purification. We heal with prayer, music, and songs. Know it’ll get wet with the vapor from steam. Bring a change of clothes. 2 Towels please.
MEN: cotton shorts, preferred no shirt inside but optional, no metal items inside. Please bring two towels, one for inside and one for after the lodge.

🅿️ PARKING is STREE parking, first come first serve. If it is hard to find spots you can park across the way at our local park Eugen Park (2 min walk to the house)
