**PLEASE Wear comfortable clothes, Bring your own yoga Mat , and if you wish, pillows and throw blanket in addition. PLEASE NOTE: MATS will not be available/provided.
**PARKING: Parking is availalbe in the WholeFoods/CVS Parking lot off of Jefferson Blvd.
***This Healing SoundBath & Ceremonial Cocoa Event is inspired by the terrible losses/displacement so many have suffered from the recent Palisades, Eaton, Malibu fires. It serves as a heartfelt invitation for ALL to come together in a space of collective healing and renewal.
We will have an evening of healing, heart-opening connection and deep restoration. We’ll begin with a ceremonial cacao offering and intention setting to ground into the moment and open space for inner clarity.
We'll be guided into a deeply restorative sound bath led by Sierra (@soundwithsierra), a Holistic Healing Facilitator. Expect a calming blend of sound, energy, and stillness designed to soothe your nervous system and reconnect you with yourself—and your community.
